Ras el Hanout means “crown of the shop” and Moroccan spice vendors take pride in making their blend. It is called the same all over the country, but every shop has its own signature recipe. They differ by the number of ingredients and the amount of each one. Depending on the region, there are differences in taste and color. Ras el Hanout can be made with more than 30 ingredients.

February 15, 2021 at 10:14 pmNow, I am admittedly not a big cheesecake fan, but people, I tried this Teese Cake and IT IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! It’s not overwhelmingly salty or sweet. AND, to top it off, it’s Vegan. You would never know though. If you’re a cheesecake fan, I’d definitely recommend you give this Teese Cake a try.

February 15, 2021 at 10:24 pmFor anyone who has ever had the pleasure of experiencing traditional Tajine, this vegan alternative will not leave you wanting. In fact…you know what? this baked veggie Tajine is to die for. I’ve had the pleasure of consuming it with her homemade sourdough bread and her homemade Msemen. Both breads are delicious, but eating the Tajine with her homemade Msemen almost brought tears to my eyes. Tears of pure pleasure!
